CORON, PALAWAN
Mother Nature Showing Off
Palawan is a natural wonder with rich and diverse flora and fauna, and well-preserved natural attractions.
For several years now, Palawan continues to top the annual “best” lists of such upscale travel magazines as Conde Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, and National Geographic Traveler. This archipelago of 1,780 islands and islets offers one-of-a-kind tropical adventures and astonishing vistas, including limestone bluffs, dazzling white beaches, scuba diving sites, and swathes of coral reefs and virgin forests, among other superlative treats.
Boasting not just one but two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Palawan is a treasure trove of wildlife and biodiversity—and gentle, friendly people welcoming you to its thrilling seascapes and mountainscapes.
Palawan has a lot to offer for adventure seekers. From fun water activities such as snorkeling and diving to exciting island hopping and caving, the island has what it takes to keep any outsider want to stay.
Welcome to Club Paradise
We will be staying on the northern part of Palawan in the municipality of Coron. This area is one of Palawan’s most beautiful beach and island destinations and is separate from Palawan island itself. Our home for 4 days and 3 nights will be Discovery Coron (Club Paradise), a private island resort found along a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. We have a block of discounted rooms reserved for us, ranging from USD800-1200 for the entire stay (includes taxes and fees, daily breakfast, transfers to and from the airport; does not include tours or other meals).
IMPORTANT!
We have a limited number of rooms reserved for our group. Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to be part of this trip to secure your spot. Once the allocated rooms are taken, you will be subject to availability should you wish to join. February is peak travel season for the Philippines so rooms may book up quickly.
Getting There
Coron is served by the Busuanga (Coron) Airport. It is a short 1-1.5 hour flight way from Manila and airfare costs approximately USD 90 each way. Once there, the hotel will provide shuttle and boat service to the resort. We will provide flight recommendations as the event comes closer.
